Patchinka was an old man who, apparently, had a curious case of aging backwards. Though, in this particular photo Patchinka looks to be only mere months old, he is, in all actuality, 87 years young. Patchinka enjoys wearing fine linens and smoking only the finest of Cuban cigars.
